›› Advance € 100 for any damage to equipment and inventory of the apartment - before entering the apartment. The advance payment of 100 € is returned upon leaving the apartment if there is no damage to equipment and inventory. 

›› Method of the advance payment - The reservation of the apartment in the advance part is approximately 30% of the total amount of the apartment rent, through the bank, the rest in cash upon arrival. The advance payment is not refundable one month before the arrival date in the apartment, 50% of the advance payment amount is returned two months before the arrival date in the apartment, and three months before the arrival date in the apartment 70% of the advance payment will be refunded.

›› The entrance to the apartment after 3:00 pm, departure before 10:00 am.

›› Reservation is possible on Saturdays to 7, 14, or 21 days, or exceptionally 10 or 20 days. The minimum rent is 3 days with a 30% increase of the rental price.

›› Additional bed € 15 per day.

›› The fee for pets € 10 per day.

›› Final cleaning € 50. Payment upon entering the apartment.

›› NOTE: Central cooling with a heat pump (air conditioner) will be in operation when the air temperature in the apartment is higher than 26 C during the day.
